Transformational breathwork is a therapeutic technique of using an intentional breathing pattern to achieve non-ordinary states of consciousness, aka “altered states”, where unconscious and previously repressed thoughts, sensations, energies and emotions, that are held in the body, can more easily rise to the surface for integration.
It opens the door to self-discovery, transformation, and healing of the emotional, spiritual, and physical body.
Conscious Connected Breathwork implements a continuous circular breath through the mouth while giving full awareness to the breath. Throughout the session, the Breathwork Facilitator creates a safe container to hold space for emotional releases, providing breath guidance, prompting self-inquiry, and supporting the process with music and touch (if requested).
It reaches below the resistances of the mind to help uncover and address root causes of problems from a different angle, then talk therapy, that taps into our innate ability to heal ourselves, creating significant and long lasting shifts.

An immersive 6-day journey within and without through the wisdom of your body, breath, movement, nature, and community to come closer to the truth of who you are and always have been. An immersive experience curated and guided over time to gently and safely deepen into connection and essence of how it feels to be human, to be you, in connection with yourself, others, nature, and life itself.

Sessions are 60-90 minutes and include different modalities, such as: conscious connected breathwork, biodynamic breathwork for trauma release, inquiry, intention setting, integration, mentoring and more. We focus on a specific issue or explore depths of what is here and what wants to happen.

Group Breathwork are a beautiful, unique and powerful experience. Group sessions are different every time and each time there is powerful healing that happens through the container we create together, making space for transformative changes that last.
